Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify RAWSHILAJIT in writing within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via email at admin@rawshilajit.co.uk. This notification must clearly state your intention to return the item(s), including your order number.

Once your return request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for Returns:

• All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition.
• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet these conditions.
• Refunds are exclusive of shipping fee.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Sale Items:

• Sale or discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.
